Account identity

We match your legal request to the registered phone number, account name and recent login pattern. If the request does not match, we ask for added proof before changing any record.

Payment records

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS references are stored with wallet entries so a dispute can be traced. We do not treat a screenshot alone as a completed legal record.
